On the agreed date(s), we come to your school to provide the support you requested. You are provided with a visit report which outlines the actions taken, the progress made and suggested next steps.

The consultation is a discussion with yourself and/or the appropriate members of staff to ensure we understand how we can best support you.

Once we have recieved your form, we will get in contact with you to arrange a consultation. This can be via phone, email, video call or face to face - whatever suits you.
